Eternal Night

They call to us, never ceasing. "Join us" they plea "Seek shelter in Darkness." So many are lost to this call, and find no respite. Their lives, cut short by their own hands. They cry out "Forgive me. A second chance, please. This isn't what I wanted." Then, a voice of thunder. "This is your fault," it tells them, "you chose this path, now you pay the price." And then, they hear nothing but silence. They cry for other, luring them to their doom, but still, they never rest. Never cease their call, for all of eternity, to draw others into Eternal Night.
